Important Information re: COVID-19
We are open business as usual with a few important changes to protect the health of our patients and staff.
If you have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 OR are unwell with fever or respiratory symptoms OR are awaiting the results of COVID-19 testing, the practice is unable to see you.
The closest COVID clinic is at FSH. Further advice is available on the HealthDirect helpline on 1800 022 022.
We have made some changes to our waiting room, consulting rooms, as well as appointment scheduling to reduce the co-mingling of patients and the possibility of virus transmission.
- Please attend the appointment alone or with one support person only, if necessary
- Sanitise your hands upon arrival
- After checking in with reception please feel free to sit on the chairs outside and enjoy the sunshine (a natural disinfectant!)
- Toys and magazines have been removed
- Hard surfaces are regularly cleaned throughout the day.
